Buyer FAQ

Can NdFeB survive autoclave sterilization?

Standard NdFeB grades (N-series, max 80°C) cannot survive autoclave at 134°C. High-temperature grades (SH at 150°C, UH at 180°C) may work with margin analysis. For repeated autoclave cycles, SmCo is the safer choice.

Do you provide ISO 10993 biocompatibility testing?

We provide magnets with coatings from suppliers who hold ISO 10993 certifications. The biocompatibility testing itself is typically performed by the device manufacturer as part of their regulatory submission.

Can you supply magnets with lot traceability?
