Vertically integrated NdFeB sensor magnet production across two specialized facilities in Ganzhou and Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.
From rare earth sintering to precision machining, surface treatment, magnetization, and export-ready packaging — every step is controlled in-house to ensure consistent quality for OEM sensor magnet programs.

Located in Jiangxi Province, adjacent to China's largest rare earth mining and separation zone. This facility handles alloy preparation, hydrogen decrepitation, jet milling, magnetic field pressing, and vacuum sintering to produce dense NdFeB blanks.

Located in Guangdong Province, this facility specializes in high-precision secondary processing: slicing, grinding, coating, magnetization, inspection, and export packaging. Proximity to Shenzhen and Hong Kong enables fast international logistics.
Key production equipment across both facilities, supporting concurrent manufacturing of multiple sensor magnet families.
| Equipment | Quantity | Function |
|---|---|---|
| Automatic Inner-Diameter Slicing Machines | 60+ | High-throughput precision slicing of sintered NdFeB blocks into thin plates, discs, and custom profiles with tight dimensional control. |
| Centerless Grinding Machines | 12 | Precision OD finishing for cylindrical and ring magnets, achieving ±0.02 mm tolerance for sensor air-gap critical applications. |
| Vacuum Sintering Furnaces | 4 | Controlled-atmosphere sintering of NdFeB powder compacts into dense magnetic blanks with consistent Br and Hcj performance. |
| Magnetizing and Demagnetizing Systems | 8 | Axial, diametric, radial, and multipole magnetization with programmable fixture alignment and polarity verification. |
| Electroplating Lines | 3 | Ni-Cu-Ni, Zn, epoxy, and passivation coating for corrosion protection matched to application environment. |
| Gaussmeter and Field Mapping Stations | 6 | Surface field measurement, polarity confirmation, and batch consistency screening before outgoing release. |
Rare earth alloy preparation, hydrogen decrepitation, jet milling, magnetic field pressing, and vacuum sintering. Ganzhou proximity to major rare earth mines ensures stable material supply and grade traceability.
Inner-diameter slicing, surface grinding, centerless grinding, wire cutting, and chamfering. 60+ slicing machines and 12 grinding stations support concurrent production across multiple magnet families.
Electroplating (Ni-Cu-Ni, Zn), epoxy coating, and passivation based on operating environment. Salt spray, humidity, and adhesion testing validate coating suitability before lot release.
Programmable magnetization (axial, diametric, radial, multipole), gaussmeter surface field checks, dimensional verification, and polarity mapping. Each lot includes outgoing inspection records.
Orientation-controlled packaging, magnetic shielding for air freight, anti-collision separators, and export carton labeling. Shipment coordination via Shenzhen port or Hong Kong air hub.
Every lot passes through our in-house QC lab before outgoing release. Inspection covers dimensional compliance, surface field measurement, polarity verification, coating adhesion, and visual defect screening.

Finished magnets are stored in climate-controlled warehouse racks, organized by grade, size, coating, and customer project. Export packaging follows magnetic shielding requirements for air freight and sea freight.
