Inner-diameter slicing, surface grinding, centerless grinding, wire cutting, and chamfering. 60+ slicing machines and 12 grinding stations support concurrent production across multiple magnet families.
Electroplating (Ni-Cu-Ni, Zn), epoxy coating, and passivation based on operating environment. Salt spray, humidity, and adhesion testing validate coating suitability before lot release.
Programmable magnetization (axial, diametric, radial, multipole), gaussmeter surface field checks, dimensional verification, and polarity mapping. Each lot includes outgoing inspection records.
Orientation-controlled packaging, magnetic shielding for air freight, anti-collision separators, and export carton labeling. Shipment coordination via Shenzhen port or Hong Kong air hub.
Every lot passes through our in-house QC lab before outgoing release. Inspection covers dimensional compliance, surface field measurement, polarity verification, coating adhesion, and visual defect screening.
Finished magnets are stored in climate-controlled warehouse racks, organized by grade, size, coating, and customer project. Export packaging follows magnetic shielding requirements for air freight and sea freight.
